This merge request focuses on the migration to Playwright. The following files were modified:

• browser.py: Implemented initial Playwright migration. Certain tasks like handling alerts and windows are temporarily commented out and will be addressed in a future update.
• base.py
• utils.py
• types.py
• exceptions.py

Note:

• Improved docstrings for methods and classes throughout the codebase to enhance the user experience and provide clearer documentation.
• I ran some test cases, but certain aspects, like alert and window handling, are commented out for now. These will be revisited in the next iteration.
